Co-Payments

Before the deductible is met you will have the comfort knowing that doctor visits and prescription medicines will be covered with just a small co-payment: doctor visits are just $25 while prescriptions are $15,$30, or $60. These small co-pays continue after the deductible is met.

Immunizations are Free for ages 0 to age 5

For children ages 0 to age 5, immunizations are free. There is no co-payment and they are not subject to the deductible. They are FREE.
